Jess joined First Union in 2002 and celebrated ten years with the company in 2012. Jess was just 17 when she joined us and started as the administration junior.
Progressing through the ranks, Jess spent time in both sales and lettings until in 2005 she became the property manager.
When not looking after client’s and customer’s properties, Jess likes to spend her free time with her family and friends, walking her dogs and dining out.

Fran grew up and was educated in Switzerland. Having attended Business School, Fran completed a clerical apprenticeship there. She has always loved travelling and this led to a high flying career as a Flight Attendant for Swissair.
Fran then met her husband and moved to England in 1994 and they now have two children. Fran works during the week as a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary school and has been First Union's 'Saturday Girl' since 2001.
When Fran gets a few moments to herself she enjoys badminton, cycling, skiing and reading.
Kaylie first started First Union as a Saturday assistant, progressing over a 3 and a half year period into the Lettings Manager at our Wandsworth Town branch. As well as working in both offices over this time period, she has also lived in the Wandsworth borough for most of her life – only recently moving to Middlesex.
Outside work hours, Kaylie enjoys socialising with friends and family; including her new puppy Albus, who takes up a lot of time and energy! She also follows a mainly plant based diet, so is very healthy – apart from the odd glass of weekend wine (or three)!
Lettings Manager – Wandsworth
John started in Estate Agency in 1987 in Battersea when he was introduced to a great independent agent by his brother in law. That chance meeting led to a start as a sales negotiator and, whilst John took a short while to adapt to the profession, he has never looked back since! John worked for just a handful of agents before setting up First Union and says he has always far preferred independent estate agents as he has always felt that they worked harder for their clients.
John was given the opportunity to start First Union in 1997 and has loved every minute of the time he has spent developing the business. He regards himself and the team as fortunate to work in an area that has a diverse range of properties starting with those that appeal to first time buyers right up to luxury penthouses overlooking the river. John has met some great personalities over the years including some who have been able to tell him stories about Battersea when it was not quite the place it is now!! John feels extremely lucky to have built relationships with some clients which have now spanned 15 years – some of these have become good friends. He says that he loves the fact that the profession is very varied and there is never a dull moment.
Outside of First Union, John has a wonderful family, Emma his wife and two beautiful daughters, Emily and Imogen. John enjoys spending as much time with them as he can. Otherwise its the usual dining out, meeting friends and personal training twice a week!
Dean grew up and pursued his legal studies in Kent, and has enjoyed living and working in London since 2001. He currently works with a firm of Solicitors in West London and has over 15 years experience in the law and insurance industries. Being interested and involved in the local property market, Dean joined First Union in 2012 for an active Saturday role, and loves dealing with clients face-to-face both in the office and out on viewings.
When off the clock, Dean enjoys spending his time in the many excellent parks and pubs of Battersea and Wandsworth with friends and family, and also travelling abroad with his American wife. Passionate about almost all sports, he closely follows rugby, football, and cricket, and is active locally in touch rugby, darts, snooker… and even bikram yoga (!).
Emma joined First Union in 2002 having previously worked in retail. She regards herself as lucky to have worked in both offices and is very proud of the fact that First Union rarely loses a landlord client. She believes this is due to a personable approach together with professionalism and good realistic advice for Landlords.
Emma has two delightful daughters who keep her very occupied and she tries to keep up with them by running a couple of times a week and undertaking some Pilates lessons on the side! Emma loves gardening and, whilst her garden is not a patch on Battersea Park, she has great aspirations for it and so is often found pottering around her little patch!!

Madison moved to London in January 2017 so is celebrating her one-year anniversary in London with starting her career in real estate! After working the last year in a hotel, she knew it was time to move in to something she is more passionate about. Living in the Wandsworth area helps her to build strong relationships with her clients as she can truthfully tell them about the area and what it is like to live here. She loves living in South West London and wants to help more people see the beauty and opportunity in our area. With First Union she is a full-time lettings negotiator but is hoping to learn all facets of the business. In her spare time she loves to volunteer, travel and read.

Born and raised in Uruguay, I moved around several cities before I landed in England 7 years ago. I love discovering South London by bike, and it was by cycling that I got to know Battersea, so I am very lucky that I get to work in an area that I know and love. Battersea Park is one of my favourite places in the city.
I also enjoy reading, difficult jigsaw puzzles, and I absolutely never miss University Challenge!
Elizabeth settled in Wandsworth 15 years ago after living in Chelsea, Ascot and East London. Her husband complained that she spent too much time researching property websites so she decided to turn her passion into a profession. The mother-of two boys loves living in South-West London and after working in a school for the last 5 years has an intimate knowledge of the area’s schools - something she hopes will help clients make well informed choices.
